The Regional Antiterrorism Structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will complete setting up a database of terrorist organizations this year.
 
Sergey Smirnov, the chairman of the Council of the Regional Antiterrorism Structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the first deputy director of the Russian Federal Security Service, positively assesses the activities of the structure.
 
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization will take further steps, such as to set up a database of terrorist organizations and take joint anti-terrorism excises, to strike on terrorism.
 
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Regional Anti-Terrorism Structure (RATS) on Wednesday held its ninth regular meeting in Uzbekistan's capital Tashkent, pledging to take further anti-terrorism steps, according to reports from Tashkent.
 
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization expands cooperation in the fight against terrorism, separatism and extremism in the Central Asian region.
